Mit der International Violoncello Society (IVS) entsteht eine neue Initiative zur langfristigen F\u00f6rderung au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlicher junger Cellisten. Im Mittelpunkt steht ein Konzept, das bewusst \u00fcber die klassische Meisterklasse hinausgeht: Herausragende Nachwuchsmusiker sollen nicht nur punktuell unterrichtet, sondern \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum k\u00fcnstlerisch begleitet, mit erfahrenen Musikerpers\u00f6nlichkeiten zusammengebracht und bei den entscheidenden Schritten in das professionelle Musikleben unterst\u00fctzt werden.<\/p><p>Den Auftakt bildet vom 14. bis 17. Dezember 2026 eine Academy in der Landesmusikakademie Rheinland-Pfalz. Als Mentoren wirken der international renommierte Cellist und P\u00e4dagoge Frans Helmerson sowie der Cellist, Mitbegr\u00fcnder und Pr\u00e4sident der IVS Benedict Kloeckner mit.<\/p><p>Eine k\u00fcnstlerische Reise, die weit \u00fcber die Meisterklasse hinausgeht<\/p><p>Die International Violoncello Society reagiert damit auf eine Herausforderung, der sich viele hochbegabte junge Musiker gegen\u00fcbersehen: K\u00fcnstlerische Exzellenz allein garantiert noch keinen erfolgreichen \u00dcbergang vom Studium in ein dauerhaftes internationales Berufsleben.<\/p><p>Genau an dieser Schnittstelle setzt die IVS an. Neben der intensiven k\u00fcnstlerischen Arbeit geh\u00f6ren \u00f6ffentliche Konzerte, pers\u00f6nliche Begegnungen mit etablierten K\u00fcnstlern, Kontakte zu Dirigenten, Agenturen und Kammermusikpartnern sowie individuell zugeschnittene Beratung zur k\u00fcnstlerischen Positionierung und Karriereentwicklung zum Konzept.<\/p><p>Dabei versteht sich die Society nicht als Ersatz f\u00fcr Musikhochschulen oder bestehende Meisterkurse, sondern als langfristige Erg\u00e4nzung: Sie m\u00f6chte Beziehungen zwischen pr\u00e4genden Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten des Musiklebens und einer neuen Generation von Cellisten schaffen und einen Raum f\u00fcr technische und k\u00fcnstlerische Weiterentwicklung sowie neue berufliche Perspektiven bieten.<\/p><p>\u201eMeine Vision ist es, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen jungen Cellisten die k\u00fcnstlerische Begleitung, die Auftrittsm\u00f6glichkeiten und das internationale Netzwerk zu geben, die sie f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Karriere ben\u00f6tigen.\u201c<\/p><p>Benedict Kloeckner, Mitbegr\u00fcnder und Pr\u00e4sident der International Violoncello Society<\/p><p>Frans Helmerson als Mentor der ersten Generation<\/p><p>Mit Frans Helmerson gewinnt die International Violoncello Society f\u00fcr ihren Auftakt eine der pr\u00e4genden Cellisten- und P\u00e4dagogenpers\u00f6nlichkeiten der internationalen Musikszene. Die Zusammenarbeit zwischen etablierten K\u00fcnstlerpers\u00f6nlichkeiten und au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Nachwuchstalenten soll k\u00fcnftig ein Kern der Society sein.<\/p><p>Die erste Generation der IVS startet 2026. Die Teilnehmer werden \u00fcber ein Bewerbungsverfahren ausgew\u00e4hlt. Neben Biographie und pers\u00f6nlichem Anschreiben reichen die Bewerber drei Videos mit unterschiedlichen Werken ein. Entscheidend sind dabei nicht allein technische F\u00e4higkeiten, sondern k\u00fcnstlerische Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, Entwicklungspotenzial und die Bereitschaft, einen langfristigen eigenen Weg zu gestalten.<\/p><p>F\u00f6rderung \u00fcber die Academy hinaus<\/p><p>Langfristig soll die International Violoncello Society ein internationales Netzwerk aus K\u00fcnstlern, Alumni, F\u00f6rderern und Partnern aufbauen. Stipendien und private F\u00f6rderung sollen dazu beitragen, besonders begabten jungen Musikern unabh\u00e4ngig von ihren finanziellen M\u00f6glichkeiten Zugang zum Programm zu erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>Auch M\u00e4zene und Unternehmen sollen Teil dieses Netzwerks werden.
